I don't know what drives me nuts more, people using "air quotes" or cliches.
When I was in the military I notice the over use of "air quotes" and cliches, especially in the officer ranks. The higher up I got, and was "forced" to go to briefings, I noticed the officers would brief the colonel, or general, and would use cliches and "air quotes" in everything they said.
The two cliches that were "used" the most were, "We're not here to find out who shot John," and "Here's the bottom line."
LOL my son was using air quotes all wrong the other day, I thought of this episode.
You just gotta love Joey! I miss Friends. Long time not talk Sarah. How are you? I'm good. Keeping busy with the daily grind of motherhood. Pure joy.
Just wanted to shout a "Merry Christmas" to you...air quotes and all. hehehe. Truely I hope you have a great holiday season.
